Lexar Media has released a new Crucial-branded memory module which is set to enable RAM upgrades of up to 16GB for systems powered by Intel LGA 1156 Core i5/i7 or AMD AM3 processors. The 4GB DIMM works at 1333 MHz with CL9 latencies and operates at 1.5V, which is the standard for DDR3 memory.
